Ochuba Onuoha N. is a Computer Science graduate, a Certified Information Technology Practitioner in Nigeria with intense experience and certifications in Project management, Network & Internet Security, Management Information System, Monitoring & Evaluation, WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement & Regional Trade Facilitation Rules And Regulations (UNITAR), Private Sector Development (UNITAR),  Forensic Audit, Database Development and Data Analysis

Totally experience and conversant with all aspect of Training / facilitation, Office management, EDF Administrative and Financial System, Community Based Participatory and Poverty Focused Projects, NGO involvement, Sectorial evaluation: Economic Analysis, Project Identification and Preparation, PRA, CDP, CDD, World Bank Grant management and European Union EDF Funding.

Ochuba Onuoha N is serving and served in various establishment and capacities as follows;

to mention but a few;

i   Technical Assistant for SAGEM SA, France and among the team that facilitated and executed the Nigerian National Identity Card between 2002and 2003.    

 ii  Database Manager for Gilmor Engineering Nig ltd ( an Israeli Firm) for a pilot  project at  Azare, Bauchi State Nigeria for an Underground Water piping and irrigation  project at  Azare, Bauchi State Nigeria for an Underground Water piping and irrigation System in 2002.

iii  Sub Committee Member attached to the panel secretary for NNPC Contract review  Panels of KOLADE and INUWA Panels respectively in 1999.

iv  Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) / Management Information System (MIS) Expert  for  Agriconsulting S.P.A, Rome, Italy And European Union, for the European Union  Micro Projects Programme in Six States of the Niger Delta in Nigeria and also functioned as the Office Manager in the Programme. 

  v   Management Information System (MIS) Expert / Consultant in a World Bank  Programme  on Community and Social Development Project (CSDP) in Nigeria and lots more.
